Teams should have 2 members from the same campus.

Cross-college teams are not allowed.

The first person to register will be the Team Leader.

Students can belong to any specialization.

One student can only be part of one team.
Not following these rules can lead to immediate disqualification.
Stages and Timeline
Here’s how the challenge is structured:
1. Virtual Launch and Case Study Reveal (9th September 2025)
The leadership team at Kotak will officially launch the challenge. They will also reveal the case study topic and conduct a Q&A for registered participants.
2. Case Submission (5th – 17th September 2025)
Teams need to prepare an Executive Summary of their solution in the form of a PDF deck.

Submission deadline: 17th September 2025 at 11:59 PM
3. Virtual Presentation Round (22nd September 2025)
Shortlisted teams from Case Submission will present their solutions virtually to Kotak’s senior management. Each team will get 8 minutes for the presentation + 7 minutes for Q&A.
4. Grand Finale (6th October 2025)
The Top 6 teams will compete in the final round. They will present their solutions to the panel of judges. Based on their performance, the Top 3 winners will be announced.
